1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TipFiti ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

TipFiti provides a digital tipping platform that enables users to send and receive tips, manage businesses, and access financial services. These Terms govern your use of all features and services provided by TipFiti.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation: To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2.2 Account Types: TipFiti offers three account types: Recipient (business_user), Business Owner, and Platform Administrator. Each account type has different permissions and access levels.

2.3 Verification: You may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) to access certain features, including but not limited to receiving payouts or managing business operations.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

TipFiti reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Financial Transactions

4.1 Tipping: All tips are processed through the Platform's secure payment system. Tip amounts are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and may be subject to platform fees.

4.2 Fees: TipFiti charges a commission on tips processed through the Platform. Current fee structure is displayed in the user dashboard. Fees are subject to change with notice.

4.3 Payouts: Recipients may request payouts of their available balance. Payouts are processed through M-Pesa or other approved payment methods. Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply.

5. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using TipFiti, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

TipFiti reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or following the account deletion process in your settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. TipFiti does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Changes to Terms

TipFiti may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
